By creating an account or using Genius CBT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What Genius CBT is
Genius CBT is an independent practice app for students preparing for exams such as JAMB UTME, WAEC, NECO and GCE. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to JAMB, WAEC, NECO or any government body. The questions are past practice questions provided for revision only. They are not an official exam paper, and we do not guarantee that they will appear in any real exam.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details when you register and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person should use one account. Do not share your login with others.
3. Free trial and paid plans
New accounts may receive a free trial. Some features may need a paid plan after the trial. The plan, price and what it includes are shown in the app before you pay.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell or publish the questions or content of the app.
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the app or other users' data.
- Do not use the in-app chat to send abusive, harmful or unrelated messages.
- Do not use the app to cheat in a real examination.
5. Accuracy
We work to keep questions, answers and explanations correct, but mistakes can happen. The app is a study aid. Scores and grades shown in the app are for practice only and do not predict your result in a real exam. Please tell us if you find an error.
6. Availability
We may update, change or pause parts of the app at any time. We do not promise that the app will always be available or free of errors.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Genius CBT is not responsible for any loss caused by using, or not being able to use, the app, including your results in any real examination.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
